Returns

• Returns are accepted for most items within 14 days of delivery. The item must be postmarked no later than 14 days of receipt, otherwise, the return will be refused and sent back to buyer.
• Returns for costumes and all costume related accessories are not allowed the one week before Halloween through 2 weeks after Halloween unless given authorization by seller. Please contact seller before returning a costume within this timeframe or your return will be refused.
• Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as sent out, which means all tags must be attached (if item had tags), all original packaging must be included. So, if the item was in plastic, that must be included in the return. The item must not be worn or washed.
