Items purchased with 24-hour courier will be dispatched same day to arrive next working day.

RETURNS POLICY

WRONGLY PURCHASED ITEMS

All Returns must be unused & returned with their original packaging.

FAULTY ITEMS

We reserve the right to have any alleged faulty items tested by the manufacturer before issuing a full refund or supplying a replacement. The manufacturer may require a qualified gas safe registered engineer’s report before issuing a refund.
