1970's-1980's vintage ( made in USA) 50/50 Cotton/Poly. Fits as a Men's Medium but is only 25" long, so it may work better as a loose fitting Small. Elastic at waist ( so wind will not blow it up). Can be used as a 1970's disco shirt or 1980's New Wave look, or just everyday vintage.
 

 Measurements: Men's Medium-Small  : 21" across chest from armpit seam to seam (42" around), only 25" long . 20" shoulder to shoulder.
