We visually inspect each item sent and have highest quality disc machine available globally, however due to volumes it is impossible to put every disc into a dvd player/bluray/video console and test it, but our feedback is your guarantee that the stanards we set for quality are very high.

Please take note that due to volumes we use stock images for all of our items and in fact the actual case could differ. This can include generic covers, ex-rental, special editions etc. If the item is in fact a special edition, it will have it in the title at the start of the listing

ALAMATS is a family run very small eBay store that specializes in media items, particularly hard to find movies, tv series and games.

We have been active on eBay for a number of years and take the customer experience very seriously. We always have and always will continue to ensure that our customers find shopping with ALAMATS a pleasant expierence.

We do take requests if there is an item we don't have in stock and we have a number of contacts both nationally and internationally and can often get a hard to find game, tv series or movie. We do at times get a number of these requests and we appreciate your patience if it takes a little while to respond.

Please note that with bank transfers, send us a message with the payment id once you have transferred as there is no update through eBay if a payment is sent in this manner

We ship items 3 days per week, depending on volume.

Every item requires at least 1 business day (after purchase) for us to retrieve the item from storage, double check the item for quality, package the item etc, this is our 1 handling day

The following day the item is posted, usually with Australia Post

When purchasing an item, it should be noted that Australia Post quotes a 2-6 business day shipping time for stand post. This needs to be considered when asking when an item may arrive, because this is outside the control of ALAMATS and on occasion does not reflect eBays estiamted "Get By Date"

ALAMATS has a 30 day return policy in line with the eBay standard

For an item to be returned, the condition must differe from that described within this listing.

If there is a change of mind return, there is a restocking charge of 15% of the cost of the time and the buyer must pay for return shipping

If however the item is damaged ALAMATS will refund all return postage charges

Much like retailers of used media such as EB Games we have the following conditions of sale.

Terms

The item conditon refers specifically to the disc/cartridge being sold and is not related to covers or cases, which are outside our control. In saying that we NEVER send cases where the mount is broken and the disc is loose etc.

The item case/cover may differ from that shown in the default listing image. This image is intended to showcase the game/show being sold, but with traded in games these covers can change including, but not limited to Generic Covers, Replacement Covers & Ex-Rental covers.

Items being sold have been visually inspected for their condition, but if there are any issues at all, we will always work to resolve these for you, each and every time. THIS IS A GUARANTEE

When buying an item from ALAMATS you agree to our shipping and handling dates and understand that when using third parties such as Australia Post, often arrival dates are outside of our control

That when taking the Free Postage option, there is very little we can do, other than to raise a ticket with Australia Post to see if it has ended up in their Lost & Found.

Where we often cannot help

You want us to take extra photos of the item. Please understand our items are all in storage and with 10,000 plue items this is not practical

Your item has not arrived, but it has not exceeded the time limits above. Please understand we want to help here, but we cannot raise a ticket in this instance as Australia Post does not consider the item late

You want to buy an item that is not legally for sale in Australia. We will not order in any item we not cannot be sold here

You want to pay with credit card. (We hope to add this option in the future, but cannot at present)
