KTS Titanium Tune-O-Matic Saddles - for Gotoh bridges

Set of six premium-grade Titanium saddles to fit Gotoh made Tune-O-Matic Bridges.

Please note: All recent Gotoh tune-o-matic bridges have saddles that are held in place with a nut and bolt that is attached with a chemical thread locking compound to prevent the assembly from loosening. This ensures that the saddles sit firmly on the bridge, without having the typical saddle wobble that occurs on most original tune-o-matic ABR-1 bridges. However, this design means that saddle removal can be very difficult and may result in damaging the screw heads and scratching the bridge unit. It is possible to successfully remove the bond with the correct methods and tools but we recommend taking the bridge and replacement Titanium saddles to a qualified guitar luthier who can carry the work out for you.

Based in Tokyo in Japan, KTS were the first company to develop and manufacture tone-resonant titanium saddles for guitars and basses. The bridge saddle is a key and crucial part in helping to create the sound of the guitar because it is in direct contact with the guitar string and titanium creates a more consistent string vibration, resulting in a fuller tone with longer sustain compared to any other saddle made from alternative materials.

After this, the saddles are then sent to the final machining process, ready to be fitted to the guitar bridge.
