NOTE: Letter Mail by Envelope. USPS delays letter mail first when there is a backlog. Covid, vacations and low employee turnout has caused many local delays. Envelopes always move fast in the first few days because it's all machine scans and tractor trailer truckloads of bulk mail. Once it hits a local area it may be delayed for weeks if there are problems with local delivery. In that time there will be NO TRACKING UPDATES. Unfortunately this is the new normal. If you require this in a specific delivery time, do not buy this item. Thank you!
