We charge only cost for
shipping. If the difference in cost between parcel post and priority mail
is $0.50 or less, then we reserve the right to ship priority mail. We try to
estimate the weight but we usually don’t know for sure until we ship the
item. We refund charges for shipping when the difference between the
amount paid & the actual charge is over $1.00. If a service is included
as part of the shipping method, the unused amount will be refunded if greater
than $1.00. Any shipping charges refunded will be minus the Ebay final
value fee on the difference since we cannot recover this charge from Ebay.
