1979 MEGO Buck Rogers Star Fighter Battlestar Galactica | 63 STAR VIPER STICKER

These decals are for the 3.75 inch action figure sized Buck Rogers Starfighter (Mego) from 1979. The small Colonial Viper (Mattel) in the background is just to illustrate how the Viper decals design inspired this project.

Also known as 'Thunderfighter' the Starfighter was designed by legendary Ralph McQuarrie (Star Wars) initially as 'Colonial Viper' for Battlestar Galactica and was finally used in the Buck Rogers universe. This set of decals allows us to dream and see what the toy could have looked like if the Starfighter would have made its way into Battlestar Galactica back in the days.
