Yatchenko Yuli Nikolaevich (1928-)

He was born in Chernigov region. He graduated from Kiev Institut of Art  post-graduate course. S. Grigorev, K.Eleva, were his teachers. He leads the pedagogical activity for many years, he taught a lot of first-rate painters. He is a professor.Awarded the most honorary and the highest title of USSR for outstanding artists "People's Painter". He had a lot of personal exhibitions. His paintings are in many museums and in the private collections.
