Capping or u section commonly used for board edging

C Section, otherwise known as Capping or U Section, is commonly used for board edging and trimming for exhibitions, shopfitting and display. The C Section channels have legs of the same length that taper inwards to grip the board, with an easy push-fit for installation.

Where the capping needs to be more robust, there are Heavy Duty C Sections that can be fixed to a surface before inserting the boards, and if you need capping with unequal legs, please see our J Section page.

The profiles are all easy to mitre and cut and can also be used to prevent water ingress into board ends when used on hoardings and other outdoor applications.
