Buildings Plans and Designs, by Frank Lloyd Wright.  Published by Horizon Press, 1963.  Limited Edition (#112B of 2,500 copies sold) large format loose leaf portfolio with reproductions of 100 plates from the Wasmuth portfolio of 1910.  Includes pamphlet by Wright with descriptions of the plates, and a glossary of words found on the plates (plans are notated in German). Sweeney #1534.

The plates have been pictured in many books, but the full scale view on quality paper is beautiful.  These were never common, but are becoming even less so as entrepreneurs break folios to sell as individual prints.

Condition: good to very good.  Cover is faded and water stained, but all plates present. Minor rubbing and soiling at corners of plates extending less than 1/4 inch into prints. Plate wrapper with glossary shows corner wear as does inner wrap. Pamphlet in very good condition, with bent front cover corners and one page bent.  Nearly 60 year old paper.
