The goods to be exported are packed according to specific procedures. The activity is carried out in our warehouse with highly qualified personnel to ensure maximum protection and safety during transport. The crates are custom made with wood. items are shipped with fedex delivery times are 7-15 days. Our shipments are traceable with tracking.

Attention: all our shippings are with delivery service by appointment. It is therefore extremely important to provide a telephone number together with the delivery address, where the courier will call you to arrange the delivery details.

Pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract / order stipulated on the Internet without any penalty in compliance with the following conditions.
The manifestation of the will to make use of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999 must be received by means of a written request. The return is allowed within 14 days from the date of delivery, the return shipping costs are charged to the buyer. The object must be returned in the conditions and methods in which it was delivered, the photos published in the announcement will prevail.

We also remind you that all the items offered for sale by our company are antiques so they may in some cases have minimal defects and / or shortcomings due to the passage of time and wear, it is therefore advisable to view the images carefully and read the descriptions.

Attention in the event of a return, only the sale price will be refunded while the delivery costs will not be refunded.

The right of withdrawal lapses:

• For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good
• Use, even partial, of the goods and any consumables
• The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging
• The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, keys, parts ...)
• Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

Invoice
The sale will be accompanied by a regular tax receipt. The sale price is inclusive of VAT "margin regime" art.36 D.L.41 / 1995 conv. with amendments L. 85/1995. The invoice must be requested together with the purchase by sending all the tax data necessary for the issue.
