Vintage red glass vase.

Vintage vase..in good overall condition with no chips or cracks,few very minor scratches to the glass if you hold it up to the light but very minor and can only be seen if you do this !
Heavy,chunky and robust glass possibly lead crystal ? 
Red with hand painted  gold dots on the top rim.
6" high x 3" diameter base.
