This is an awesome colorful woven top from Forever 21. It is a abstract green, pink, red, purple print with ruffles down the front and around the neck. It has tucks on the shoulders leading to the flutter sleeves. It has a tie waist and buttonhole back close. It is a size small and measures 17 inches from armpit to armpit laid  flat and is 23 and 1/2 inches in total length. There are no flaws. It is 75% rayon 25% nylon.
