Condition

In good, structurally sound and sturdy condition. Solid wood structures have some small nicks and dings to finish. 

Fabric on arms is slightly soiled and there are a few small stains on one seat as shown. We have not tried to clean 

them so they may or may not come out with proper cleaning.
