Product Description:

Originating from Italy, Organic Polenta has found its way to homes all over the world. It comes as no surprise because it's an affordable option of comfort food that can be used in many recipes. Food to Live’s Organic Polenta is ground from whole yellow corn of flint variety into a fine to medium-coarse consistency. It differs from corn grits which are milled from white Dent corn with the germ removed and have coarser particles. Also, once cooked Dent corn has a smooth texture, while Flint variety used for Polenta gets a slightly chewier texture.
