Terms of Sale: In principle, we can't accept returning and refunding but, we

can accept only for defective products.

International Buyers - Please Note:

Import duties, taxes & charges are not included in the item price or

shipping cost. Please be aware of these are the buyer's responsibilities.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these

additional costs will be before bidding or buying.

Customs and Import Charges: All import and export costs are the

responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the length of time

your order will be held at customs for clearance and suggest that you

contact them directly for further information. We mark all packages for

overseas delivery with contents and order value marked accordingly.

studios and labels. Each REEL TO REEL tape delivered on demand ONLY! Each

Reel-To-Reel Tape is made upon order and it will be ready to delivery to

your postal address in approximately 21 Days!

OUR RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

Item's Returns: 

We want you to feel happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are

not, you may send your item(s) back to us within 14 days for a full refund

or exchange free of charge.

Please note, postage costs are non-refundable except in the following

circumstances:

* the item you receive is different to that ordered.

* OR the item you receive is damaged or faulty.

In the above cases, a full refund/exchange will be issued including any

additional postage costs incurred by the buyer.

*Please note, we can only refund up to the minimum postage amount required

to send your item(s) back to us. Therefore, we always recommend that items

be returned to us using the royal mails 2nd class service with recorded

delivery for insurance purposes.

All items must be returned to us in their original condition within 14 days

of receipt. Please let us know beforehand why you are planning on sending an

item back to us and remember to include this information in your return. It

is also vital that you include your user id & item number so we can deal

with your request for a refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS CONDITIONS:

Refunds and Returns: By The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)

Regulations 2000 we will refund or exchange goods returned to us within 14

working days. Goods must be returned in their original condition and the

customer must pay the postage costs. If your item is damaged, faulty or

incorrect, please contact us and let us know what has happened. We will then

let you know what to do to resolve the issue. For all returns, please

package the item securely and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held

responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. If an item is faulty we

will replace it free of charge. We will issue you with a returns number and

will require you to return the faulty product and reimburse you for your

return postage. Please do not return faulty items to us without contacting

us first.

Lost Parcels: All orders over £45 are insured, so in the case of an order

not arriving we can issue a replacement. In the case of UK orders, 14

calendar days must elapse after the dispatch date before we can start to

trace your package. In the case of non-UK orders, one month must pass. After

this time, please contact us to report the missing order.

Please Note: Before a replacement package can be sent, we will require you

to contact your local postal delivery office to check that the item is not

awaiting collection. In the UK, details of your local delivery office can be

obtained from Royal Mail Customer Services on phone: 03457 740740. If we

suspect that a customer's package has been stolen in the post, we reserve

the right to refuse to supply further orders.

All refunds will be issued via your original method of payment and normally

take up to 30 working days to process.
