Shipping

All multiple purchases will be dispatched in one parcel where possible.  All items are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering Monday to Friday.  Same day posting is subject to the number of orders received near to deadline.

Payment methods

PAYPAL - payment by PAYPAL is preferred as this is the quickest way to process payments and for me to dispatch your order. Cheques or postal orders are also accepted but your order will not be dispatched until funds are cleared.

Returns Policy

Purchasers have 14 days to notify me of a need for a return.

If I have made an error and/or you are unhappy with your item/items and you wish to return, then please contact me and let me know. Once the item is returned to me in the same condition as it was shipped, I will refund you for the cost of the item, less postage charges.

For damaged, faulty or incorrect items return postage cost will be paid by seller. For change of customer mind or customer mistake return postage costs will be paid by buyer.
