Traditional Hand carved Turkish Jewellery Box trunks (Sandik)

An authentically hand carved jewellery box based on the traditional Turkish ottomans that the Anatolians have used for century. In the native tongue these boxes are known as “sandik” and are very popular within turkey and abroad. All are handmade and shipped directly from Turkish artisans who have used carving techniques for centuries that have been passed down from generation to generation. These boxes can be used for any purpose that is suitable for the dimensions.

These particular Sandiks are made from Walnut tree and are very durable and long lasting and are miniature versions of the much larger and original sandiks which we will eventually also be listing as part of our inventory.
