Pistachio Oil
Botanical / INCI name -  Pistacia Vera
Unrefined raw Pistachio oil is powerful and expressive, and harmonises with a great variety of dishes, whether sweet or savoury. It is also delicious mixed with balsamic vinegar or lemon juice, as a seasoning for salads, shrimp cocktail, or grilled fish, and it can replace butter in fruitcake recipes. Pistachio Oil contains low levels of saturated fat, high levels of monounsaturated fatty acid, but also has a decent amount of linoleic fatty acid.
