LOCKDOWN NOTICE

Our physical store is currently closed to the public but we are still operating online Monday to Saturday. We aim to dispatch items the day we receive payment, and no later than two days after.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment by Paypal is our preferred method.  However, if you are collecting the item from our shop, items can be paid for by cash or card upon your arrival.

It is our policy to let auctions run for the full length of time, rather than ending them early, to ensure that maximum funds are generated for the charity. This is why we do not have "Best Offer" options on any of our auction items and we kindly ask that customers do not send us offers via messages.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your eBay purchase, please contact us and we will try to resolve any issues.

We are a charity shop and the majority of items that we sell have been kindly donated to us.  This means that we cannot guarantee that items are from pet/smoke free homes, and we may lack expertise when it comes to answering some questions on item specifics. We do try to describe items as accurately as possible and will answer any questions you may have if we can. 

Due to lockdown and limited staff, it may take us a short while to answer your query. We appreciate your patience and aim to get back to all our customers as soon as possible.

ABOUT US

100% of our proceeds go to support Emmaus Oxford, which gives homeless people accommodation and meaningful work. We run a small community which houses 28 people who have been homeless, our Companions. We ask Companions to volunteer with us for 28 hours a week, most choose to work in our social enterprise. We also run a store which specialises in selling second-hand furniture and white goods.
