This part is a replacement for the OEM latch (strike plate/ retainer) for the forward sliding moonroof cover in a Chevrolet Traverse GMC Acadia. It was modeled for a 2020 model year Chevrolet Traverse but it may also fit other GM vehicles that use the same Retainer (P/N 84691055). If you're not sure, send us a message and we'll help you figure it out. Please include a picture if you have one.
This part is made from a proprietary carbon composite material. This material offers high strength, toughness, and chemical resistance by using the latest technology in 3D printing. This part is much stronger and will last much longer than the original.
This part does not come with fasteners. You will need to reuse the original fasteners. Do not over-tighten.
