3. Locks that are dropped shipped ship out 2-3 days.
4. Ship USPS First Class mail for all orders 4oz to 1 pound. Tracking number provided.
5. Ship USPS Priority Flat Rate mailboxes depending on amount and weight. Tracking number provided.
6. Saturday shipping is an option.
7. We combine shipping when we can.

1. Non-standard locksmith services include space & depth keys, keys cut by code, key duplicated, making keys, rekeying and master keying, key stamping, and other.
2. Most items ship within 48 hours Monday through Friday except holidays.

Returns

1. We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price. 
2. No refunds on shipping.
3. All returns must be in its original, sealed, and damage-free packaging to receive a refund.
4. All merchandise must be returned in the condition you received it. You may keep our business card for future reference.
5. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs related to returns.
6. Buyer is responsible for insuring delivery of return.
7. No refund on cut keys, transponder keys, or electronic devices.
8. We are not responsible and do not provide refunds for key blanks once they have been cut or altered.
