HOW TO APPLY ABDOMINAL BINDER?
  • Unfold the binder and lay it flat to identify the inside and outside of the brace.
  • Remove the protector cover from velcro which prevents it from coming into contact with belt. You can put this protector cover back on when you want to store it.
  • Position the binder behind your body, making sure the fastener strip is facing inward. Fold in the side without fastener.
  • Wrap the other side of the binder around your abdomen and secure the fastener. Re-adjust as needed for comfort.
