Feel like a pizza…? You don’t have to pick up the phone…pick up your Davis and Waddell Pizza Stone instead!

The Pizza Stone is made from a high-impact ceramic, which heats up evenly, so that there are no hot spots and most importantly absorbs moisture to produce a perfect, crispy base every time.

The stone comes with a stainless-steel serving rack, so you can carry the stone and pizza to the table to serve. Plus, there’s also a pizza cutter included, too. Together, it’s everything you need to enjoy perfect pizza at your place!

  • Stone remains hot so that you can enjoy hot fresh baked pizza to the last bite.
  • Place stone on oven rack and pre-heat in oven for 15 minutes at 230⁰C – whilst the stone is heating, prepare the pizza by adding toppings to a prepared base.
  • Once stone is heated, slide out oven rack and simply place your pizza on hot stone.
  • To prevent your pizza from sticking, simply dust stone with cornmeal/polenta flour/semolina flour, or place baking paper between pizza and stone.
  • Bake pizza for 20-30 minutes at 200⁰C, or until crust is golden (exact cooking time and oven temperature will vary due to amount toppings used).
  • Cut pizza to desired size using pizza cutter.
  • Presented as a set of three in a Davis & Waddell box.
  • Please Note: Your stone will darken with use. This is normal and will not affect its performance.


Care Instructions:
  • To clean stone, brush or scrape clean and wipe off any excess crumbs with a dry cloth.
  • If you need to wash your stone, let it cool and then use hot water.
  • Hand wash the rack and cutter in warm soapy water.
  • Do not use soap as it will absorb into the stone’s porous surface.
  • Do not place in dishwasher.
  • Never place on a hot cooktop as uneven heating may cause stone to crack.
  • Always use caution when handling hot stone to avoid accidental burns.
  • Do not place in microwave.

Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post's eParcel service, StarTrack Couriers or TNT within Australia or your national postal agent for New Zealand, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Norway and Switzerland during normal business hours.

For orders being delivered outside of Australia, the recipient may need to pay import duties before they can take delivery of the order. Any fees or duties are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be reimbursed be Peter's of Kensington.

Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further postage charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Even though at Peter's of Kensington, we take pride in the care we take with packing all of our internet, phone and mail orders, sometimes, accidents or errors happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Should your parcel contain a damaged or faulty item, Peter's will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. At Peter's of Kensington we pride ourselves on our large selection of domestic and international brands you know and trust, all at affordable and competitive prices. Accordingly, we want you to be pleased with your purchase at our eBay store.

We understand that sometimes you may wish to return a product that you have purchased. Below we have outlined the Peter's Policy regarding Returns to assist you with this process.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, Peter's of Kensington will offer a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion, to the amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:

1. Items are returned within thirty (30) days of the time of receipt of goods;

2. You have proof of purchase; and

3. Items are in original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Items can be returned via post box or post office, depending on the size of the return parcel.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, please contact our customer service team or alternatively get in touch within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, Peter's of Kensington will provide a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment.

If you believe your item is faulty after the 30 day time criteria, Peter's of Kensington may require you to send the item back at your expense for assessment. This cost will be refunded to you if item is deemed faulty.

IN-STORE COLLECTS

The Returns Policy for in-store collect items correlates with that of "Purchases made online" (see above), with the exclusion that a change of mind shall permit you to a gift card, exchange, store credit or refund at our discretion at the time of collection. Following collection, Peter's of Kensington Returns Policy will only extend to an exchange, gift card or store credit at our discretion for change of mind.
