How Do You Use ZR53 – Nano Ceramic Coating?

The way that you use the ZR53 and apply it to a surface will determine the effectiveness of this product. A vehicle's surface should first be cleaned, removing any dirt and stains from the outer body of the vehicle. It is recommended that Nasiol's Cleanion Pro professional car wash shampoo be used for this step of the process. It is also important to make sure that the vehicle is dry after having completed this cleaning process. The vehicle should then be placed in a shaded and enclosed space. The application steps once this has been completed are as follows:

• Use protective gloves.
• A suede cloth should be placed over the application wedge. This cloth should be changed every 3-4 panels to ensure optimum application.
• Gently shake the ZR53 vial and pour 4-5 milliliters of product per square meter onto the suede cloth.
• Spread the product by moving the suede cloth on the surface of the vehicle making an S shape over the area to spread it evenly.
• The flashing time of the product is approximately 30 seconds.
• Using one of the microfiber cloths included in the box, wipe the surface gently using linear motions.
• Immediately after this, switch to the other Nasiol microfiber cloth and polish the surface using circular motions. These steps should be repeated on each panel.
• It will take 6 hours for the surface to become touchable, though the time required for the product to become fully effective is 48 hours.
