This is a Very Small Hasbro Figure of a Young Obi-Wan Ken-obi with a blur Light Saber.   It is made of plastic and is a highly detailed, note the light saber.  It is about 1 inch tall (1 5/8 inches with the base and saber).  I bought this as part of a job lot and it is in good condition.  The coin in the picture is a Dime to show just how small this item is.
