1987 vintage, Current USA size Men's Large. Thin, like a windbreaker but has a silver inside( maybe to retain heat?). Used. Has an ink mark on right collar (photo #7). Runbird brand by Mizuno, made in Japan. I can't read the materials tag- assume it's polyester. Elastic cuffs and waist hem, zipper front. Back is silkscreened and has some minor white paint loss. Sleeves have Fuji TV Logo and Runbird Logo (photos #6,11) 1987 Honolulu Marathon on front, back reads International Crew, Fuji Television Network, Inc Japan, which is one of the Big Stations in Japan, and have an amazing HQ building! So this jacket was for staff/reporter/ camera crew covering this famous race. 

  Measurements: Men's Current Large : 24" across chest from armpit seam to seam (48"  around), 27" long, 36" sleeves (backbone to end of cuff) or 24" from shoulder pit seam to end of cuff.
