Up for auction is a Husker Illustrated Magazine signed by Christian Peter. The magazine is from January 1994.    

Christian Peter played for the New York Giants from 1997-2000 and started along side Keith Hamilton against the Baltimore Ravens in the 2000 Super Bowl. Peter also played for the Colts in 2001 and the Bears in 2002. Peter is probably best remembered for his college days at the University of Nebraska. Peter earned Honorable Mention All American in 1995. Peter was the Co-Captain for the famous "Black Shirts Defense" who won the National Championship in 1994 & 1995 with a perfect record of 25-0! Peter was inducted into the Nebraska Huskers Hall of Fame in 2006.

Peter signed the magazine boldly in black and added his #55 with "94-95 National Champs". 

The magazine is complete and is in good/fair condition showing visible wear overall due to age. There are also minor bends to the upper and lower right corners along with the right edge. The shipping label is still attached to the front lower left corner. The magazine still has a bold Peter autograph with a great inscription!   

The magazine will come with a hologram and certificate of authenticity from Home Plate Autographs.
