How to use:
Apply to cleansed face and neck. Gently massage into your skin using upward, circular motions until fully absorbed. The cream should be used twice daily, in the morning and evening.

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it within two days after dispatch (for orders sent Royal Mail 48).
Delayed or lost items Delivery time for our items is usually 2-3 days after the date of postage, however, we are not responsible if your item takes longer than that to arrive. We post all our items as detailed above and if there is any delay, this is due to Royal Mail and not our dispatch time. If your item has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they are holding it. In the event of a lost item, we have to wait 10 working days due to delivery before we can report this to Royal Mail (this is the policy of Royal Mail). On the 10th working day, we can refund or replace the item to you once you have confirmed at that time that your item has not been delivered. No refunds or replacements will be processed before 10 working days have elapsed. At that time we would immediately submit a report to Royal Mail that your item was not delivered, they would then investigate the matter and may contact you for confirmation. Please understand this policy is in keeping with the requirements of Royal Mail

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Buyer pays for the return policy. If any item is returned, due to non-collection or incorrect address from Royal Mail a refund will be issued, deducting P&P costs (£2.62)
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
