These are the very common 32mm x 6mm glass fuses as used in someelectronic and electrical items such as tv's vcr's dvd's etc etc.
these are "T" rated, this means the same as "slowblow" or "antisurge" if you look at the fuse rating you may see a "T" after the amperage on the end cap and this may also be visible on the appliance fuse holder
the "T" rating means the fuse is designed to pass a short duration surge current without blowing.
Rated at 250 Volt but are suitable for any voltage up to 250
