It is a Monet collectible and made of heavy enamel which is painted and then has

a glistening effective on it to look like sand.  It is dark gold with orange trim which

includes various shells on the sides.  Two flags are flying from the top towers.  It 

measures 1 3/4 inches long, 1 1/2 inches tall and 1 inch deep.  It opens and 

closes magnetically.  Lid is much heavier than base.  No chips, cracks or repairs.

Marked Monet on the bottom.  Comes with original box.  Box has some missing

outer paper on bottom - maybe from a sticker or torn off name tag.
