Really does not get any better than the look and primitive appeal of this old double candle holder.  Sturdy hand welded iron with adjustable chimneys (or shades).  Once of the best items of this style we have ever seen.  We only found one other of similar style and it was in far worse condition.  This one is large enough to be used in many room settings but small enough for a shelf, table or a desk as well.  The adjustable shades or chimneys really set this one apart and they work on a simple screw hold.  The candle holders are fairly standard size and it comes with one snuffer cap.  This is in terrific overall shape for its age, but you can judge for yourself in multiple pictures taken for your consideration.  This is so nice it will make definitive statement in any room it is placed. It is hard to know the exact age of the item based on elements of construction, but it looks quite primitive except perhaps the bottom of base has a more stamped metal look.

We acquired this from a very high end estate and collector's home which was filled gems like this.  This one just really grabbed our eye and heart and frankly is a tough one to let go.  But as much as we love to keep these neat items, we love offering them to others who can treasure them even more (as we are out of room!)  The candles are not included as we used them for picture purposes only.
