F-4 PHANTOM II - 200 MISSIONS, VIETNAM. I was told by a Public Relations person from aircraft manufacturer who came to the F-4 Convention that was held at Lambert Field, St Louis, (McDonald-Douglas had facilities straight across the runways from the 131st FW Hangers where the F-4 Convention was set up), that these patches were sent to F-4 units in Vietnam to be handed out to F-4 Pilots who had hit these Mission milestones. This patch had been pasted to a scrap book's blue paper page, but otherwise is in like new condition. A tiny light-brownish stain is to the right of the "I" in MISSIONS.
Condition: LIKE NEW - but has some blue scrap book page paper residue on the back.

Embroidery: Partial embroidery, with Merrowed edge and tight weave mesh backing.
