Someone who is looking for a challenge and seeking the rewards of accomplishment when completed. Pictured here is an actual model of a building that was built using these plans. These images depict a completed model with custom detailing. Extra finishing details such as barrels, drums, kegs, signs, cable reels, etc., are available from SMI, but are not included in the plans. After you have completed the building it is good to let your imagination just run wild and add all the finishing touches.

A NOTE FROM CHARLIE: Ever since Zeke, the train engineer, ran ol' number 12 into the rear of Mel's milk truck, the city counsel (that's me and Floyd) decided that we probably should have a crossing' tower here on Snugg Harbor Blvd. Ol' Dudley could get up in the tower and wave a flag at everybody trying to cross the track when Zeke's acumin'. Why we got 2 trains a day coming' thru Snugg Harbor now and me and Floyd figured that with the new station the town is buildin' and all the political unrest going' on around the world that were most likely gonna have lots more tourists here in Snugg Harbor. Why we got so much interesting' stuff to see we could keep a bus load of tourists busy for nigh unto 20 minutes. We could take 'em over to Delbert's farm and see the baby donkey that was just'n born. Or we could go down to the Army recruiting' office. Joe's got three new recruiting' posters. Figure one of them might just entice Marvin's son Luke to join the Army. Course the problem with this tourist plan is that we ain't got no bus. Maybe Mel could hitch a trailer behind his milk truck and we could go down to the city park and borrow a picnic bench or two on ta sit on the trailer. Say, I wonder if'n we might get some kind of government grant for this here new enterprise?
