This is a Very Small Hot Wheels Figure of a Construction Worker Flag Man.  It is made of plastic and is highly detailed, note the hard hat.  It is about 1 inch tall.  I bought this as part of a job lot and it is in good condition.  The coin in the picture is a Dime to show just how small this item is.  Two are shown so you can see them front and back but you are buying one.
