Dispatch time:
Where possible we do our best to dispatch items the next day after designs have been confirmed and payment has cleared, with the exception of Wednesday's and weekends. But we cannot guarantee this dispatch time. Our dispatch time states three days after payment has cleared. We cannot be held responsible for the delivery time (how long the item takes to be delivered to your address) as this depends on the postal service.

There is NO extra cost for the designing of the card or the artwork/clip art used.

Your design is kept on our database should you require to re order.

We do not do coloured card. We only use white card.

We do not do coloured backgrounds, only white.
