remember to keep aside correspondance from us and or the business card
supplied with your parcel. Make sure you have a good description from
your mechanic for what the part(s) is or isn’t doing so the warranty
process can start.
All purchases are supplied with a Tax Invoice and include GST, sent to your email address.
At AutoParts Direct 2 U we have 3 types of payment methods available
for you to select being bank, Paypal and credit card over the phone.
Bank deposit
Business bank account is with NAB.
You can visit your local branch to make payment or internet banking or phone banking.
Our banking details are available in the ebay ‘Pay Now’ checkout system.
Please use your ebay user name as the bank reference for quick allocation.
Paypal
Following
the prompts to log into your Paypal account or just underneath the
login section this is a pay with my credit card feature.
Credit card over the phone
If
you like you can call and we will process your Visa or MasterCard
details while you are on the phone. We process credit card over the
phone through Paypal so if you supply an email address you will receive a
copy of your credit card receipt within minutes of it being processed.
Also you can double check the part(s) will be right for your car as well.
If you have purchased multiple parts please wait for us to work out a discounted combine postage amount for you and manually change the price of your order, before you make payment.
Goods that have been fitted cannot be returned for any reason other than product failure under warranty.
If
you need to return an unused part please email or message through your
details and why you need to return the part(s). Any item to be returned
is to be received by us within 30 days from the date you purchased. This
is due to ebay as they won’t refund fees after the 30 days. Refund
doesn’t include the first postage.
Return postage is payable by the buyer in the event of changing mind, purchased incorrectly and if your car details lined up perfectly to the part(s) you purchased but don’t fit (this means your car has been modified). We have a flat rate return postage label from eParcel Post of $14.00 this can be issued with an understanding that it will come off the part(s) refund.
We will pay return postage via emailing a return label if we have made a listing error, if there has been a catalogue update and we haven’t advised it on the listing, if we have picked and packed the wrong part(s) by mistake, if something is missing from the parcel.
Warranty
In
each listing there is a warranty stated, please check this before
purchasing. If the part(s) develops a fault after delivery, we will
assess your warranty claim and offer a replacement where appropriate.
To
start a warranty please have the part(s) checked by a mechanic and get
detailed information on what the part(s) is or isn’t doing. Then call or
email us with this information and the invoice number if you can or the
name of the person the order was made under. Sometimes further
information and or photos may be required if/when request by our
supplier(s) and or the manufacture(s). Once we have all the information
required our supplier(s) will process the warranty with us and we will
get back you asap. In most cases a warranty claim is processed the same
or next day.
If a replacement of the part(s) are approved, it will be warranted for the balance of the duration of the original warranty period. Also it may be required that the faulty part(s) is to be returned. In this case you will receive the replacement(s) prior and we will provide a return label or have a courier collect it once you have swapped over the part(s).
Items that have a warranty have a ‘Limited Part Warranty’.
‘Limited
Part Warranty’ meaning compensation is limited to the replacement of
the part(s) originally supplied. No responsibility is held by AutoParts
Direct 2 U Pty Ltd or its suppliers for labour, freight, or any other
costs incurred on a warranty claim.
