Description:

This is a standard OEM Microsoft Xbox Series X/S controller with one of our custom gloss ColorShift Cosmic Crush front shells. Included in the standard retail box are 2 AA Batteries as well as an instruction manual. This controller is the newest Xbox Series X/S Controller Model released in 2021. All of our controllers are assembled in the USA by our controller technicians at Gamenetics™️.


A little bit about our process

1. We purchase brand new Microsoft Xbox Series X/S controllers and our custom made front shells and parts from suppliers.

2. We receive them into our warehouse, based in Bangor, ME.

3. The controller technicians then carefully open up the new Xbox Series X/S controller along with the parts to customize.

4. They then disassemble and reassemble the controller with the new parts on the controller.

5. They are then packaged up right away and sealed with a Gamenetics™️ sticker seal that says "Customized by Gamenetics"

6. The original retail box is then shrink wrapped and ready to be shipped to you.


COVID Protocols

Gamenetics™️ is very aware of the COVID situation currently and we take extra care in making sure our controller technicians and our products are clean and sanitary when assembled, packaged and shipped to our customers.



Return Policy

At Gamenetics™️ we offer 30 day returns for all purchases, which will include a 15% restocking fee. If you have issues or problems with your product, we will cover the return shipping costs, and you will not be charged a restocking fee.
