Condition: It is in used condition showing a lot of wear from use. The cover pages show some dirty marks, stains, heavy scuffs, surface wear and creases. The binding is still OK. The inside pages show some heavy staining, dirty marks, and creases. There are various tears along the spine of the cover pages. Measures approx 10 by 8 inches in size.
