How to use: 

Mix in a non-metallic bowl 1 part of ICAN blue powder / white powder with 2 parts of ICAN Peroxide and leave it in hair until the desired lift level is obtained, then rinse out with warm water. The degree of bleaching will vary according to the strength of the oxydant used 6%, 9% or 12%(20, 30, 40 vol) Do not Perm the hair before or after bleaching directly.
