This navigation DVD is ONLY suitable for some of the following Mercedes Benz models:

Model Year 2004 to Model Year 2006 CL, E & S-Class

Model Year 2005 to Model Year 2006 SL & SLK-Class 

Model Year 2006 CLS Class 


Must be equipped with the in-dash DVD ROM based COMAND or MCS II navigation system.Please note that it is your responsibility to verify application/compatibility, prior to purchasing. This DVD will NOT work in any 2005 or older M-Class, W163  models.

Term of Sale

RETURNS:  We don't accept return for refund, if you purchase a wrong DVD map for your car.

No refunds on navigation discs as they can be copied rather easily. If you buy an item in error, you can send it back (return shipping at buyer's expense) within 7-days of receipt, for EXCHANGE or store credit only. Disc must be returned in the same condition as it was received (ie not broken/abnormal scratches etc).

Payment

PayPal is the preferred method of payment on eBay (e-check payments through PayPal must clear prior to shipment). If you pay using your current PayPal cash balance, or via a credit card and PayPal, we will ship the item within 24-hours thereafter, Monday through Friday except holidays.

Shipping 

Shipping is done Monday through Friday (except for legal holidays), via USPS with free delivery confirmation. If you need a faster shipping method, we have Priority Mail and Express Mail also available at an addition cost.

We sometimes ship items out same day as payment is received, so if you buy an item in error, it is imperative that you contact us immediately via eBay's message boards or Contact Seller link. 

International Buyers – Please Note:

This item will ship by USPS International Priority Mail which does NOT provide for tracking. If you need tracking, you must pay for International Express Mail.

Based on international shipping time, estimated delivery can be from 7-14 business days and sometimes may take even longer due to customs delays and inspection.

  • Payment: PAY PAL PREFERRED. We require immediate payment via Pay Pal. If you use your bank account to pay through Pay Pal, it is considered to be an E-CHECK, which will delay processing and shipping by 3-5 days, as Pay Pal puts a hold on all E-CHECK Payments. Credit Card payments via Pay Pal are considered to be instant, and will speed up the shipping process tremendously.

 

  • Shipping: Our shipping charge also includes a nominal handling fee, which helps us cover the cost of tape, packaging and the gas to drive to the post office. We normally ship Mondays through Friday, although Saturday shipping is also available upon request. We use USPS exclusively. If you want us to use another carrier, please email us ahead of time to make arrangements. (WE EXCLUSIVELY USE USPS)

 

  • Customs Disclaimer:  International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Tracking/Delivery Confirmation: All orders within the United States are shipped with delivery confirmation. You will receive an email with the delivery confirmation number upon shipping.   • Returns:  Navigation discs are considered to be software, and as such can be easily duplicated using a personal computer. We will however accept returns for non-working discs or non-compatible discs, in trade for a like-kind exchange or store credit for other merchandise. If you receive your disc and find a problem with it, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and please return the disc as soon as possible, for an exchange. Return shipping will be at buyer’s expense.
