GENERAL INFORMATION

This keyboard was refurbished to new, there's no original box available.  It's been inspected and tested and it's in excellent working condition.  Since there was no original box, you might find some hairline scratches on the bottom, but nothing major.  Comes with 30 days warranty.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

- We only use USPS at this time, if you preferred UPS or FEDEX, please supply prepaid label.

RETURNS
- Please contact us first before returning the parts, once we received the parts, we’ll 
  verify the serial number and re-test the item before issue any exchange or refund.
- All returns must be done within 30 days, after that, all sales are final.
- Any non-defective parts is subject to 20% restocking fee.
