Nintendo Switch (OLED model) will let users experience enhancements in all three play modes:
TV mode: Place the Nintendo Switch (OLED model) console into the dock to play Nintendo Switch games on the TV. By using the built-in wired LAN port, users can enjoy another way to connect online in TV mode.
Tabletop mode: Flip the stand on the back of the console and use the console?s screen to play multiplayer games using the two included Joy-Con controllers right out of the box. The wide adjustable stand makes for a solid and sturdy foundation. It also allows players to freely tilt the console with more range on the viewing angle, so it?s easier to see the screen.
Handheld mode: Users can bring the console wherever they go in handheld mode and play local* or online** multiplayer with friends. The 7-inch OLED screen provides vivid colour and high contrast.
When the console launches, it will come in two colour options:
Nintendo Switch (OLED model) white set, which features White Joy-Con controllers, a black main unit and a white dock.
Nintendo Switch (OLED model) neon red/neon blue set, which features Neon Red and Neon Blue Joy-Con controllers, a black main unit and a black dock.
All previously released Joy-Con controllers for Nintendo Switch are compatible with this new model. Additionally, Nintendo Switch (OLED model) is compatible with the full library of Nintendo Switch games.
Shipping
Orders successfully placed from Monday through to Friday are shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving payment with the exception of Pre Orders, Back Orders and games that are out of stock.
If an item is sold out, a pre order or back order, an email will be sent advising when the item will be shipped.
We use different shipping companies to ship our products and tracking numbers can be provided upon request.
Please keep in mind a few things.The estimated delivery is an automated eBay feature which changes on a daily basis. In most cases, Pre Orders will not arrive within the estimated delivery time hence an email will be sent after purchase advising when we expect to ship your item.
For Bulky items, shipping to some areas will incur additional postage fees. An email will be sent advising how much extra the postage fees will be and the customer can decide if they would like to continue with the purchase.

Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at City Of Games. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or provide a full refund after the item has been tested from our end for defects. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 28 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
