This is a 1/64th scale, pre-painted, pre-assembled, die-cast metal/plastic-constructed toy model of a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VII racing car, from Mattel's 2008-edition Hot Wheels Track Stars series of toy model motor vehicles. This is the version of this model from that series that features black-bordered side windows. It has had only one owner since it was originally purchased new, via retail. It has been removed from and lacks its original retail package, and is not in mint condition, but has been gently handled and been kept mostly stored in air-conditioned indoor environments, and thus is in immaculate condition. This model features rolling plastic wheels and tires, and a plastic chassis.
