PGV: £90-£95
"Mint State 68" in excellent good shape indeed. Coins are graded on a 70 point scale called the "Sheldon Scale," where MS-1 is "Poor" (just barely identifiable) and MS-70 is perfect (and well-nigh unattainable).
MS-60 and above is Uncirculated (that is, there is no wear on the coin from having been passed from hand to hand in commerce), but MS-60 may have a dull surface and a lot of "bag marks" (small dings from having been placed at the mint in large bags of coins for transport), while MS-67 is pretty close to perfect (a few hairline scratches, or not quite a perfect surface).
Rating between MS-60 and MS-70 is best left to NGC the professionals - an MS-68 is normally worth three times, or more, an MS-65 of the same coin, and the untrained eye might not notice a difference.
