Do not touch the glass on the bulb, It is best to wear latex gloves during fitting. If this is found to be the cause of any fault the warranty will not stand.

We will accept returns for refund or exchange if they are unused and unmarked. If a part is faulty a replacement will be sent out after the return and testing of the old unit. Labour claims & consequential loss claims are never accepted.
