* Returns are accepted within 30 days for all items within the U.S.A. (No Returns for International Customer's) unless otherwise noted in the listing. 

* All returns must be in original condition. If it was sold as new with tags then all the tags must be present upon return. Buyers are responsible for paying for the shipping charges in the event of a return. Refunds will be provided after the item has arrived back to us.

* We urge you to please check the measurements of any clothing items and/or ask questions before purchasing. Our goal is 100% satisfied customers so please feel free to contact us with any questions. 

* We ship the majority of our items within one business day unless otherwise stated. We ship Monday - Friday and Do NOT ship over the weekend. 

* If you purchase multiple items at once from us we will send you an updated invoice. Tracking will be provided for all U.S.A. orders. Most smaller items ship First Class Mail but heavier items ship Priority Mail. 

* Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damages incurred during shipping and contact us within 24 hours via Ebay messages so we can work out a resolution. If the product is to your satisfactions please leave feedback.

* We do not accept responsibility for goods delayed due to the U.S.P.S. shipping.

* Payment is expected within 4 days of purchase. 

* If there is no prior arrangement to extend payment expectancy a non-payment claim will be filed with Ebay after 7 days.

* All of the charities we support are close to our heart. Our middle son had cancer and fought 3 1/2 years until he made it into remission.

* The charities we support are often ones that help struggling families with financial support, housing, safe fun activities, food and travel to/from appointments. They all help stabilize families both financially and emotionally to give them HOPE!
