You are buying a vintage July 1940 Automobile Topics Publication Magazine. It has the Timken 20 Cent Cover and is No 13. Overall in used but not abused pre-owned condition with cosmetic wear consistent with age present. There is some water marking on the back and the pages are starting to pull away from the staples in the back a bit. You don't usually find them this old so would be a nice item to add to any collection. Refer to pictures for details as this is the exact item you will receive.
