Stockings are also heavily advertised some calling them nylons rather than stockings - for those who weren't around the 50s and 60s stockings were often referred to as nylons.

Foundation garments that look very constricting are clearly the order of the day and by the look of them would provide a very firm foundation but claim to be the very height of fashion.

Detailed Condition Report of the magazine on salE: Very good

The front cover is in good condition, a minor light crease on the bottom right tip only. Internal pages are in excellent condition . The spine is strong and complete. The back cover has a crease on the bottom right corner.
STILL IN VOGUE has a policy of honesty in the description of the vintage and used magazines we sell. This may work against us in that we draw attention to damage and it sounds much worse than it is. Not all vintage magazine sellers offer individual condition reports so one is left to assume their magazines are all in mint condition. We hope however that you, the buyer, appreciate that we want to supply you with goods that will match or exceed your expectations and not dash them.
